Our Core Business 

Football is our core business. We integrate multiple martial arts systems along with stabilization exercises into the training. By incorporating the use of 45 degree angles taught in martial arts, we build a players control and reaction time. This gives a player more leverage, even against a larger player.

Football  can be a brutal and unforgiving sport. Building a stronger body to reduce risk is crucial.

Standard Clients

At 45 Degrees Training, we understand that not everyone is an athlete. We train clients as young as pre-school age all the way up to senior citizens. 

We can train clients without the use of weights as there are many exercises that require no weight or minimal weight.
