45 Degrees Training integrates martial arts into an athlete’s workout by focusing on the 45 degree angles. Our training program is different than those before us because we not only focus on the angles but we train the entire body, including stabilizing the joints. By having an athlete work on stabilization, we are making them stronger and faster which, in turn, makes them less prone to injuries. We offer various training programs to meet the needs of individuals so we are NOT the “cookie cutter” training program. We work with all ages and fitness levels to achieve an individual’s goals while specializing in the area of football. |

In football, every good player needs to understand the science and physics behind making a quality block and tackle. Many times an average or inferior lineman can successfully block a superior opponent by understanding how to use his alignment, hand placement and angle in order to block his foe. A quality coach can use repetition through daily drills in order to help his offensive line block defenders on an angle. But at 45 Degrees Training, we offer more than what a traditional coach offers. We provide athletes with the knowledge and mental strenght to bring their skills to a whole new level. |

Our training teaches players how to anticipate the defender's movement and adjust their hands and helmet placement accordingly. Any good lineman and receiver moves aggressively during a play and can choose to move many different directions. Understanding the ways that your opponent is going to move is essential to knowing the correct angle in which to counter strike. Mentally preparing and physically reacting to your opponents movement is what can set you apart from the rest.
