45 Degrees Training integrates martial arts into an athlete’s workout by focusing on the 45 degree angles. Our training program is different than those before us because we not only focus on the angles but we train the entire body, including stabilizing the joints. By having an athlete work on stabilization, we are making them stronger and faster which, in turn, makes them less prone to injuries. We offer various training programs to meet the needs of individuals so we are NOT the “cookie cutter” training program. We work with all ages and fitness levels to achieve an individual’s goals while specializing in the area of football. At 45 Degrees Training, we understand that not everyone is an athlete. We train clients as young as pre-school age all the way up to senior citizens. We can train clients without the use of weights as there are many exercises that require no weight or minimal weight. Each program is tailored to your individual body type and specific needs set forth in our initial consultation. John Greenidge is our lead trainer and instructor. He is an excellent teacher of football and various skills. Equally as important, he has taught many students and athletes the power of their own mind. He has taught them to have confidence in themselves and how to portray that confidence. He has shown them how visualization will help them reach their goals even faster.
